Shipping
Stonefisher Standard Shipping charges allows for delivery to be made
within 28 working days. Stonefisher use Royal mail first class on all
our product's. Stonefisher finds that this suits the majority of
customers needs.
Stonefisher aims to ship orders within 1 working day of receipt. Where
this is not possible Stonefisher will contact you either by phone or
email to discuss alternative options. If Stonefisher does not have all
your items in stock we will hold your order until complete. We will
inform of this and our estimated date of receipt of stock. If this is
unacceptable you may change or cancel your order.
Faulty/Missing Goods
Stonefisher will make every effort to ensure that the goods supplied to
you are of top quality and do not expect you to have any problems with
either faulty or missing goods. In the unfortunate event that something
is faulty or missing from your order, please email Stonefisher
immediately and Stonefisher will aim to do whatever can be done to
ensure you get your goods in time for your party.
Returns
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchases, you can return
unopened, in their original packaging to Stonefisher for a refund, less
the cost of shipping, within 10 days. Cost of return postage is at your
own expense and you must ensure that you have proof of postage and that
you include a copy of your invoice for our reference. Refunds will be
issued to the card that was used as payment. Unfortunately, unless
faulty or incorrectly supplied Stonefisher cannot give refunds on
confectionery. This does not affect your statutory rights. | |
